Do new users get a free allowance?
Yes. New users get 50 Credits on signup to try the capabilities — no purchase required. You start paying only once you've used them up.
How do I configure my API key?
Copy the quick-install command from your console and give it to your agent — it installs right away.
Using REST API? Grab your API Key from the console, then follow [API Docs - Quickstart].
What are Credits?
Credits are the platform's shared billing unit — think of them as the "allowance" sitting in your account. Each capability draws down a different number: image capabilities are charged per request, video capabilities per second.

What do I do when my Credits run out?
Go to the console's "Recharge" screen, choose a package, and complete payment.
How many Credits does each capability cost?

How is video billed?
Video capabilities are billed by the length of the video you generate (in seconds) — longer output uses more Credits, independent of render time.
Usage
Which platforms can I use MeituHub with?
Besides OpenClaw and Hermes, it works with the common office and coding agents — like WorkBuddy, Trae Work, and Codex.
A command is timing out. What should I do?
Video generation and batch jobs can take a while. A few things to try:
- Check that your network connection is stable
- Cut down the number of files processed per run
- For large files, compress or trim them first
What's the difference between pay-as-you-go and custom workflows?
Pay-as-you-go is instant and billed per use in Credits. A custom workflow is a one-time build tailored to your business, quoted as a project.
